Elezioni del Direttore dell'Istituto Dirpolis

Si comunica che con Provvedimento del Decano n. 511/2020 del 01/09/2020 sono state indette le elezioni  per la nomina del Direttore dell’Istituto Dirpolis per il triennio 2020/2023.

Le elezioni si svolgeranno secondo il seguente calendario:

• 6-7 ottobre 2020 (dalle ore 09:00 del 06/10/20 alle ore 12:00 del 07/10/20) – primo scrutinio;
• 8-9 ottobre 2020 (dalle ore 09:00 del 08/10/20 alle ore 12:00 del 09/10/20) – eventuale secondo scrutinio;
• 12-13 ottobre 2020 (dalle ore 09:00 del 12/10/20 alle ore 12:00 del 13/10/20) – eventuale terzo scrutinio.

Nella sezione allegati sono visibili gli elenchi suddivisi per categorie dell’elettorato attivo e, in un unico file, l’elenco dell’elettorato passivo, i professori ordinari a tempo pieno dell’Istituto che sono votabili.

Eventuali indebite omissioni o esclusioni relative all’elettorato attivo o passivo possono essere segnalate a: decano-dirpolis@santannapisa.it

Il voto è elettronico; si potrà votare cioè da qualsiasi postazione pc seguendo le istruzioni nella sezione allegati.

We inform you that with Decree of the Dean of Institute full-time full professors n. 511/2020 of 01.09.2020 has been called the elections of  Director of the Institute of Dirpolis for the three-year term: 2020/2023.

The elections will be held according to the following calendar:

6-7 October 2020 (from 09:00 of October 6th to 12:00 of October 7th) – first ballot;
8-9 October 2020 (from 09:00 of October 8th to 12:00 of October 9th) – possible second ballot;
12-13 October 2020 (from 09:00 of October 12th to 12:00 of October 13th) – possible third ballot.

In the attachments section you can see the lists divided by categories of the “active electorate” (the ones who can vote) and, in a single file, the list of the “passive electorate”  (the Institute full-time full professors that can be voted).

Any undue omissions or exclusions relating to the active electorate can be reported to: decano-dirpolis@santannapisa.it.

The vote is electronic: you can vote from any pc, following the instructions below:
To vote please log on to https://evote-srv.sssup.it/ with your santannapisa intranet credentials (generally the first letter of your name and your surname - example: j.smith - and your santannapisa email password).
The page https://evote-srv.sssup.it/ can also be accessed outside the School.
After your identification, the election process takes place in two steps:

1. Select the first name and last name of the person in the dedicated record and proceed to the preliminary poll;
2. The system displays the name inserted. To confirm, click on “confirm vote”. If you do not wish to confirm, click on “edit” to return to the insert page. Warning! Once Step 2 is completed, you cannot vote again.

Each vote will be kept separate from the voter’s identity and only the voter can see his/her candidate’s name by using the “confirmation number".
